Michael was a portfolio asset manager for several Fortune 100 companies; each of the portfolios valued in excess of $5bn and millions of square feet, nationwide
He was the Citibank Portfolio Manager responsible for 8 million s.f. in New York City
He worked at Citibank’s Corporate Realty Services Group; a global real estate advisory group responsible for advising Citibank’s Global Region Heads
Michael created the in-house leasing program for the largest luxury apartment building in the U.S., with 882 units in New York City
He was the developer of a proposed 900,000 s.f. 35-storey, mixed-use tower in Las Vegas, Nevada
Michael was president of a nationwide construction company that renovated and developed franchise hotels nationwide
Michael earned an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University Graduate School of Business where he was president of the student body
He received his BSc from Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business
He was an Adjunct Professor of real estate for the master’s programme at New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies
He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York and Nevada; and is a certified real estate instructor in the State of New York
